Important Notice: REPE organizing committee continues to closely monitor this dynamic situation and will provide updates with any developments. The organizing committee for REPE will host the conference partially virtual for those who cannot attend onsite.

Note:

Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings/journals. 
Presentation Only : making a presentation on the conference without paper publishing. 
Listener: Participating in the conference only with neither presentation nor paper publication. Welcome to download the registration form and register as the delegate. (Registration Form)
Students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form. The document has to be presented when collecting the documentation.

* One regular registration can cover a paper within Five pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
** One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one book.
***On-site payment is accepted just for presenter and listener.
****For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!

Accommodation: 

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. (参会人员需自行提前预定住宿，机票等). Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby .

Refund: 

• Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to the Conference Secretary. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Conference Secretary. 
• Cancellation before July 5th, 2024 will be acceptable, 70% refund for cancellations received before and on August 5th. There will be no refunds for cancellation after August 5th, 2024. 
• The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
